Ingredients
- Bearface Oaxaca Release
- Lime Juice
- Charred Pineapple Honey *
*to develop flavour, grill half a pineapple until it approaches charring. Roughly chop pineapple and place in 500ml of honey with two small stalks of rosemary. Wait 24 hours, strain and refrigerate in an airtight container.
To Craft
Shake all ingredients and serve over ice in a salt-rimmed rocks glass. Garnish with lime.
